If the shipping area remains above 50°F (10°C), a heat pack is generally not needed.

When temperatures fall below 50°F but stay above 42°F (5.5°C), we recommend adding a heat pack for extra protection.

Essential: If temperatures drop below 42°F (5.5°C), it's crucial to include enough heat packs to ensure safe transit and minimize the risk of cold-related damage.

If you are purchasing multiple plants and temperatures are below 42°F (5.5°C), we recommend buying multiple heat packs.
